We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Kubwa, Abuja

Specific Duties and Activities

• Daily inspection of all rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently being met and room attendants are completing tasks in a timely fashion.
• Complete and ensures Guest request for cleaning times or specifications are met in a timely manner.
• Supervise Room Attendants.
• Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
• Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members
• Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
•  Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Supervise all public areas of the hotel.
• Carry out lost property procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 7-10 years’ experience in hotel house keeping Operations.
