Description 

• Our client is in need of a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead her fast-growing company.
• The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with a strong background in the insurance and technology sectors, capable of driving innovation and business growth.
• As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, including strategy formulation, product development, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee product development and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions aligned with industry trends and customer needs.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, staying updated on changes and implications for the company.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and investment opportunities to enhance the company's market position and expand its offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster strategic alliances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6 - 15 years work experience.
• Proven track record of leadership and successful management experience in the insurtech or related industries.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry dynamics, technology trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for business opportunities and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and adapt to the evolving technological landscape
