Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our digital marketing agency team at DentistFind.
• This role will be instrumental in streamlining project management processes, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, and improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of project execution.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing agency operations, training, process improvement, leadership development, and client relationship management.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to ensure effective and efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, design, sales, client success, and human resources, to align project goals and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new hires, ensuring they understand project management principles and processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Define and prioritize project tasks, assigning responsibilities to team members and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve project management processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and driving client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and digital marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's Degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively guide, motivate, and inspire teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software to effectively plan, monitor, and report on project progress.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen, understanding the importance of prioritizing tasks and aligning project goals with business objectives.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate through ambiguity.
