Job Title: Leisure and Hospitality Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Drive leadership across all leisure and hospitality offerings within the company’s Group
- Drive budgets, budgetary performance, financial management, revenue assurance and business reporting for the company’s Group
- Be responsible for all stakeholder management and liaise with management and board members
- Drive customer experience, synergies and cohesion and strategic partnerships for business growth
- Be responsible for overall footfall strategy and the adoption of data and analytics in decision making across all hospitality offerings within the Group
- Drive events and activities as well as UEPs (Unified Ecosystem Packages) with the Leisure and hospitality offerings
Requirements
- First Degree / Advanced Degree in Hospitality or Leisure. Advanced degree in financial management is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience in leisure and hospitality service delivery is a must
- Out of country experience either through education or employment is a significant requirement.
