Job Description
- We're in search of an attentive person to assist us in sourcing and vetting delivery agents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with potential delivery agents via Zoom.
- Assess the risks and honesty of potential delivery agents.
- Fill out verification forms with our verification company to ensure all KYC documents are accurate and genuine.
- Call guarantors of delivery agents to verify their identities.
- Keep detailed records of all verification and interview processes.
- Maintain detailed records of the verification process.
- Establish and uphold relationships with agents.
- Ensure agents handle money collected during deliveries responsibly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong risk assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- A keen attention to detail.
- The capacity to confidentially manage private information.
- Must reside in Yaba and Environs.
Salary
- N60,000 - N80,000 Gross Monthly.
