Job Title: General Manager

Job Description

  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full move cycles.
  • Lead and develop a highly professional team to maximize effectiveness
  • Optimize customer service level and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Continuously improve the costeffectiveness of logistics processes.
  • General coordination of all departments to ensure responsibilities are carried out and at the right time.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints. Understand customers need and
  • Supervise, coach and train moving workforce.
  • Manage team supervisors, sales team and all other departments to ensure a smooth operation of the company processes from start to finish in the best possible way.
  • Weekly assessment/evaluation of onsite movers and report

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related Management field.
  • 1 - 3 years work experience.
  • Previous experience as General Manager
  • Good knowledge of different business functions
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
