  • This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, a deep understanding of the corporate landscape, and the ability to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment, to evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess corporate performance. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact our corporate strategy. Stay updated on industry and economic developments. 
  • Data Interpretation: Interpret complex financial data and generate clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership. 
  • Risk Assessment: Assess the risks associated with potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, or other corporate actions. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. 
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. 
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors and their financial performance, identifying areas of competitive advantage and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to the development and execution of our corporate strategy. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulatory bodies. 
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the corporate finance team.
