At Zojatech, we offer our software on a pay-as-you-go or monthly subscription basis, allowing our customers to access the software and its features without having to make a large upfront investment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Success Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • He/she will be responsible for ensuring that team members provide excellent customer service to Users and agents, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 4 years work experience.
