Quality Foods Africa Group is a quick-service restaurant-focused company that aims to provide African consumers with globally recognized dining experiences, hygiene and first-class services. With the aim of being one of the largest multi-brand franchise operators, the company is assembling a diversified portfolio of quick-service restaurant brands for rollout across the continent. QFA is founded and controlled by experienced on-the-ground investors and F&B operators, with a pan-African ambition.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Take accurate and proper record of inventory
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Promote the brand in the local community through LSM and good customer experience.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.

Remuneration
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
