We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Volunteer/Executive Intern - Learning and Development
Location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate various training programmes for clients
- Identify training and development needs within FCT zone and other states through appraisal schemes and consultation with clients
- Develop training proposals and detailed implementation framework for clients
- Provide administrative and logistic support to external consultants including travel and accommodation
- Monitor, evaluate and analyse evaluations for all training programmes
- To be an effective agent of change management in DCP and for our clients
- Provide logistics for internal and external training programmes
- Liaise with resource persons (internal & external) before training programmes
- Ensure project/team members stick to the budget of planned training programmes
- Assist engagement managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals
- Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present to the engagement or senior manager as research.
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a Business related field.
- A Master's degree is ESSENTIAL for this role.
