Job Description
- Create and update menus that reflect local and international dishes
- Cook a wide range of dishes including appetizers, main courses and desserts
- Ensure the dishes meet quality and taste standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure safe hygiene
- Manage inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work space.
Requirements
- Culinary Degree or relevant certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant or similar establishment
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Creativity and ability to develop new, innovative dishes
- Must be very neat and well organise
- Excellent team work and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills.
Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly.
