Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will oversee the operations of the Hotel and provide professional advisory and executive support.
• He/She must enhance guest experience to help drive occupancy and focus must be on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with all Hotel rules and regulations.
• Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities and policies
• Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings in the hotel.
• Ensure security systems are effective.
• Possess a high level of marketing skills so as to drive businesses into the hotel for revenue growth.
• Ensure that all financial targets are achieved.
• Ensure continuous patronage of clients to the hotel.

Requirements

• Must possess adequate experience in Hotel Management
• Must possess great management and adequate communication and leadership skills.

Remuneration
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
