Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and via any other means.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Provide feedback on customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Uphold company values and policies while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
