Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in revenue to the company through sales of properties.
Responsibilities
- Find suitable clients for the Company’s properties or third party properties details of which are provided by the Company, and fulfilling the request of such clients
- Pursue leads and occasionally provide information/leads on the Company’s properties and real estate products.
- Liaise with the content department of the Company for the creation of content on a weekly basis for the running of ads of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms
- Ensure third-party listings of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms in Nigeria for the listing of real estate products and properties.
- At least 1 sale a month across ALL Powerview’s & 3rd Party sales & listings properties
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Weekly conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
- Assist with organizing promotional events to boost sales
- Keep organized records and proper documentation of all marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
- Ensure monthly sales revenue increases by 100%
- Ensure at least 1 sale a month across ALL the Company’s properties.
Requirements
- Preferred candidate: Must be a Graduate with a B.Sc in Marketing or similar field or from any discipline
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Real Estate products and services
- Extensive knowledge of the Nigeria Real Estate industry.
Remuneration
N150,000 Monthly with sales commission
