Job Summary

• The role of a Product Development Manager (OTC) is crucial in ensuring that pharmaceutical products are developed, launched, and managed effectively, with a focus on delivering safe, effective, and profitable solutions to the market. 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the product's overall strategy, including its positioning, target markets, and differentiation.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, regulatory affairs, to drive product development.
• Create and manage a product development roadmap, ensuring product milestones are met.
• Plan and execute the product launch, including developing marketing strategies
• Continuously monitor the pharmaceutical market, competitive products, and emerging trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Bio-medicine, Medical Sciences.
