Head of Catering at an All-inclusive Schools Group

An all-inclusive Schools Group in Lagos, owing to diversification in its activities is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Catering

Location: Lagos

Responsibility

• The preferred candidate will be responsible for determining food purchases, meal plans and satisfying the catering needs of the pupils and students in the Group

Qualifications

• HND in Hotel Management, Catering Management, or Food and Nutrition.
• Other qualifications are an added advantage.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing the catering department of a sizeable institution and familiarity with the nutritional values of various foods, especially local foods.
