Requirements
A candidate should possess any of the following qualification:

• Master's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education Administration and Planning or any related area obtained from a recognized institution with at least three (3) years post qualification cognate experience, plus evidence of Computer literacy.
• First Degree not below second class honours (lower division) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education Administration and Planning or any related area obtained from a recognized institution, with at least five (5) years post qualification cognate experience, plus evidence of Computer literacy.
• In addition, a candidate shall be subjected to an interview that may require writing competency examination.
