Job Title: Assistant Production Manager (Fashion)
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description
- Develops and executes in partnership with designer styles from initial concept to production
- Develops and sources in partnership with designer fabric and trims
- Ensure that orders are ready and packed as and when due
- Assist in managing all samples to ensure their movement through the product development process in coordination with the development calendar
- Work with factories to achieve desired costing and margin goals without compromising design
- Strategically manage in partnership with design bill of material (BOMs), fabric and trim, issuing trials, tests, and color approvals
- Identify and troubleshoot costing/quality control challenges along with design and resolve with vendors
- Negotiate best cost with vendors.
