Job Title: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Analyze and predict the success and return on investment of marketing efforts.
• Craft and implement cutting-edge marketing plans, including digital marketing, video, infographics, blog content, and interactive campaigns.
• Make it easy for potential clients to understand the advantages of our real estate offerings.
• Oversee and drive both digital and traditional marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, from planning stages to reporting on outcomes.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to high-value prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up for successful conversions.
• Identify and cultivate potential clients through in-depth market analysis and targeted outreach, such as email campaigns or personal visits.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure prompt project completion.
• Uphold company standards and procedures to guarantee superior service delivery.
• Streamline communication between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Organize and oversee all property site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with a track record in leading marketing teams.
• Previous experience within the Real estate and Construction industry is required.
• Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns across print media, digital platforms, social media engagement, and event marketing to drive marketing campaigns.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans.

Salary Budget

• N800,000 - N850,000 monthly gross.
