Job Description
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for services on a variety of media (Social, Print etc)
- Overseeing the progress of advertisement campaign and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material
- Promote sales of properties through advertisement
- Coordinate appointment to show homes to prospective buyers
- Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy
Qualification / Requirements
- BSc. Or HND in any related course
- 5-7 years’ Experience in Real Estate Firm as marketing officer
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- thorough understanding of social media and web analysis
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proven work experience as marketing officer or similar role.
- Age: 27-40years
