Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute impactful campaigns.
- Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to promote the company's products.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and market feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
