Job Title: Analytics & Marketing Operation Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualification Criteria
- B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any other Social Science field.
Key Roles and Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the Telecoms industry
- Exposure in Marketing Operations or Product Management or Customer Lifecycle Management
- Highly analytical in problem-solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking.
- Ability to identify the root cause of a problem and come up with a best possible solution after evaluating possible options
- Improvising processes related to end users in term of product and payment
- Explore and analyze the competitors, market position, industry and market developments to propose new innovations.
- Excellent Communication and written skill
- Ability to work in cross cross-functional team environment
- Carry out extensive product tests to make customer experience flawless
- Excellent in Excel & MS Access (SQL will be added advantage).
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
