Job Description

• Oversee all consulting activity with clients from start to finish.
• Manage clients relationship between excel and Grace and her clients during and after consulting.
• Developing effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
• Prepare and review documents for clients before sending out.
• Manage, train consultants in consulting department.
• Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor client expectation scope on generated result delivery.
• Liaising with different departments about client queries.
• Identifying training needs of client’s employees and developing training programs to meet those needs.
• Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems
• Participate in management meetings and make meaningful contributions.
• Participating in marketing campaigns.
• Training for clients and engaging external consultants
• Assign consultants to tasks on consulting.
• Participating in meetings with clients to discuss business needs and goals, review progress on projects, and recommend solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling managerial role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
