Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating orientation and preparing necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Help with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team.
