Job Description

• We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects.
• This role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• The primary responsibility of the Site Manager is to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Communicate and collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
• Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and records.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements

• A B.Sc qualification is not mandatory but could be an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• ID CARDmay be required.

Salary

• We offer a competitive salary of N80,000 Monthly for this position.
• The final salary offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process.
