About the role
- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Ideally based on the island, this individual will play a crucial role in managing both deliveries and events, ensuring seamless logistics and providing outstanding customer service.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of Limehousebars and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with the bartending and delivery teams to streamline event processes.
- Oversee and coordinate the logistics of events, ensuring smooth setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Handle order-related inquiries and provide customers with updates on delivery status.
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking of deliveries, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the bartending and other teams to ensure alignment on event details and customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements & Experience
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 year work experience.
- Proven experience in operations management and customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A residence on the island or a proximity to the island is preferred.
