Planning Officer (Grade Level 14) at the Kaduna State Pension Bureau

The Kaduna State Pension Bureau is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Planning Officer

Location: Kaduna
Grade: Level 14

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Analyzing Data of Prospective and existing Retirees.
• Research, compare trends in the stock exchange/financial market and provide insight to the Bureau.
• Tracking of remittances by Ministry of Finance to Pension Fund Administrators.
• Tracking of remittances to Retirement Savings Accounts (RSAs) by Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs).
• Monthly reconciliation of remittances.
• Monitoring State Investment Asset (employer and employees plus the return on investment) and provide update for decision making.
• Monitoring inflation trends to guide decision making on investment assets.
• Conduct retirement projections on prospective retirees
• Maintain the quality of service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
• Improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/conferences, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements
Education Qualification:

• B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics

Professional Qualifications:

• Membership of Nigeria Economic Society (NES) is an added advantage

Experience:

• 12 years of cognate experience in Analytics /Metrics
• Age Bracket:18 - 50 years old

Remuneration

• Remuneration is subject to prevailing salary structure for Kaduna State Civil Servants for Grade Level 14.
