Job Title: Lounge Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
• Maintain the Lounges facilities
• Ensure regular compliance with government regulations
• Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
• Understand each and every department and how their processes work.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Coordinating all operations activities.
• Responsible for budget maintenance.
• Drafting out shifts for all staffs.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses Requirements
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management or Culinary Schooling is a plus (not a must)
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant, Lounge, Club, and Bar Supervisor
• Acute financial management skills
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
