We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service and Fulfillment Associate

Location: Victoria Garden City, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide customers with information about products, services, and delivery policies.
• Receive, process, track, and complete small and large orders for existing and new customer base.
• Inspect high-value products for damage before sending out for delivery.
• Manage database for customer orders, invoices, and promotional activity.
• Data entry of customer orders, payments, and deliveries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete customer follow-up communication to ensure order and service expectations have been met.
• Communicate with the CEO on a daily basis, both verbally and in writing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• This is a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office per week.
• The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize work-related tasks, and work independently with little supervision.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
