Job Description

• As the Media & Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic and creative individual.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media advertising.
  • Create and manage engaging content & designs for various online platforms to enhance our online presence.
  • Create a content calendar to share periodic updates and plans for social media activities.
• Brand Promotion:
  • Manage and promote the company's brand image through marketing materials, advertisements, and other creative content.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to increase brand exposure.
• Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Utilize market insights to refine target audiences effectively.
• Public Relations:
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, press, and media outlets to secure favorable coverage and media partnerships.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and media communications.
• Contribute to the overall sales growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Creative mindset & good use of basic graphic design, great content creation, and media tools.
• Proven experience in media, marketing, and sales roles, with a track record of achieving goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, pays attention to details and results-driven.
• Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
