Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with specialized experience in the Financial Technology (FinTech) sector.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, along with a deep understanding of financial systems, security protocols, and data handling within the FinTech domain.
• The candidate should be able to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions to support our FinTech applications.

Responsibilities

• Integrate backend services with various financial systems, payment gateways, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial modules into the overall system architecture.
• Implement scalable and high-performance solutions that meet the needs of the business and adhere to industry best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services for our FinTech applications.
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the backend services.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and integration points.
• Document code, processes, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product designer, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer in a FinTech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
• Experience with financial systems, payment processing, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Familiarity with DevOps Practice and tools.
