Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver IT projects for our client in the telecommunications Industry.
• As a Project Manager (IT), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Your role will involve collaborating with multi-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve project objectives and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Job Description
You are responsible for the following:

• Develop detailed IT project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with key stakeholders and team members.
• Lead the project team in executing IT project tasks according to the established plan; monitoring progress, resolving issues, and managing changes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget; Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards; implementing quality control measures and conducting regular reviews to verify project compliance.
• Inspire and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the project management lifecycle. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Computer Science or IT related fields.
• Master's Degree is desired.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, successfully delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on building cohesive and productive teams.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and other relevant technology domains.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with attention to detail.
• ITIL4 Foundation mandatory
• Related ITIL V3 Project Management Certification is desired.
• Project management certifications is mandatory (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
