Job Title: Barman / Waiter
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed
- Uphold a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a waiter and bartender
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must reside around Bodija Ibadan.
Salary
N45,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
