Job Title: Assistant Production Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a manufacturing and Engineering environment is a must
- Supervisory experience (Team Member leadership and development experience with emphasis placed on leading and developing TM's, coaching and assessing work, problem breakdown, GAP, lean six sigma and countermeasure identification,
- Experience in sheet metal and fabrication (Preferred Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ÄeamS, Data Bases)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills to support multiple co current projects
