Details

• Our client is seeking to engage customer friendly candidates to promote services.

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers in retail stores to promote our mobile financial services.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our services, including installmental payment plans, insurance coverage, phone swaps, and anti-theft features.

Sales Performance:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Actively participate in promotional activities to drive sales.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Store Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff.
• Collaborate with store teams to optimize product visibility and placement.

Reporting:

• Submit accurate and timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Utilize reporting tools and platforms provided by the company.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Training and Development:

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Share insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

Anti-Theft Advocacy:

• Promote awareness about the anti-theft features of our devices.
• Educate customers on how our services contribute to device security.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and financial services is a plus.

Remuneration
N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
