Job Description

• The role requires a deep understanding of business operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Business development: creation of thought papers and proposals to showcase the firm's expertise
• Expand the firm's client base and increase the pipeline of potential projects.
• Spearhead discussions with clients to thoroughly understand business challenges, goals, and needs.
• Perform quantitative analysis, including data mining, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Conduct research to gather market data, business intelligence, and insight into market trends.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and research to support the recommended solutions.
• Consolidate research and analysis to present actionable recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline
• A Master's Degree is a plus.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role
• A proven track record of successful project management and client engagement
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
