Job Description
- As the COO, you will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including retail outlets and online platforms.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other executives to execute strategic plans.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics and KPIs.
- Lead and inspire a high-performance operational team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the gaming or betting industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian gaming industry and relevant regulations.
- Effective leadership and project management skills.
