Job Description

• We are currently sourcing for a Product and Operations Lead who will be responsible for managing and optimizing their product portfolio, streamlining operations, and driving operational excellence.
• This role will also oversee project management, fleet management, and office management in addition to product and operations responsibilities.

What do you need to be considered successful?

• Product Management: Lead the product development and management process, defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Operations Management: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
• Project Management: Plan and execute projects to drive operational improvements, product development, and other strategic initiatives.
• Fleet Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's fleet, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Office Management: Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to create a productive and well-maintained work environment.
• Warehouse Management: Oversee the management of the company's warehouse operations, including inventory, storage, and distribution.
• Internship Management: Supervise and mentor interns, providing guidance and support in their assigned tasks
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

What should you have done in your career?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in product management, operations, project management, fleet management, office management, warehouse management, and internship management roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
