Uncle Stan's Foods is a small chops company known for it's unique finger food taste all over Lagos. Our brand makes us unique.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop recipes to meet up with company's standard
• Set and monitor product quality standards
• Oversee all production of products across all stations
• Manage Production schedule for the job and determine the material resources required
• Manage the production house by taking of inventory and production output in order to reduce cost and avoid waste
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Estimate and manage production costs and budgets
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
• Perform any other tasks as assisgned.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
