We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Location: Ikoyi/Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer-facing processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Advocacy: Encourage satisfied customers to become brand advocates through testimonials, reviews, and referrals.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs.
  • A customer-focused professional with a passion for creating positive experiences
