We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Manager

Location: Ikoyi/Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure effective day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions for product selection and merchandising.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and drive sales.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 - 7 years work experience.
• Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
