Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will assist the Floor Manager in managing the front-of-house operations of our fine dining restaurant.
• He/She will be responsible for supervising the restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, supervising, and mentoring restaurant staff.
• Monitor and maintain service standards, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and staff assignments.
• Collaborate with the Floor Manager to implement restaurant policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for staff members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
