Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Sales Management: Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies, optimizing product displays, and analyzing sales data.
• Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly, maintaining a clean and organized store, and promoting a customer-focused culture.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and collaborate with relevant teams to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient day-to-day store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Financial Accountability: Manage the store budget, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, implementing initiatives to enhance the store's presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
