Job Description
- The Sales Executive is in charge of both attracting new clients and upholding relations with current ones.
- He or she is expected to become knowledgeable about the company's goods and/or services and to generate sales reports.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives and look for new, efficient ways to increase the patient base at the clinic.
- Promote the Clinic's presence and visibility both online (social media platforms) and offline.
- Find new business opportunities and other medical-specific projects to enhance the Clinic’s expansion.
- Explain products to clients and provide them with information about their dental health needs.
- Sell dental products and supplies for the clinic.
- Organize and execute integrated marketing communications projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Contact prospective customers to learn about their needs and present solutions in order to find new business opportunities.
- By means of trade shows, exhibitions, fairs, or in-office demonstrations, inform dentists about new product offerings.
- Conduct an initial consultation with the dentist regarding treatment options and materials, and establish new accounts with new clients.
- Inform potential clients of the value of routine dental care.
- Offer outstanding marketing assistance.
- Work with HMOs to refer patients to the clinic.
- Visit schools to spread awareness and establish a long-lasting connection with the students.
- Monitor the Company’s presence on digital platforms and reach out to marketing leads through follow-up and cold calling.
- Construct and deliver executive reports.

Person Specification
- B. Sc in any related field.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Relationship and client management skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Proactive nature.
