Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (East)

Responsibilities
- Creating new sub-distributors in assigned locations
- Retention of existing sub-distributors
- Daily sales reporting
- Managing large number of team across various locations
- Strategizing market plans and following up on plans
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant fields with 10 - 12 years work experience.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a managerial position
- Good sales track records
- Proven experience in handling large team
- Candidate must be able to use Microsoft Excel for daily reporting
- Candidate must have good decision-making skills
- Candidate must have sense of ownership
- Exceptional ability to deliver and consistently meet sales target
