Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations to ensure efficient production processes.

Requirements

• Cndidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a managerial role within the snacks industry.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Passion for exploring and experimenting with new flavors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
