We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Adhoc- Usher

Location: Cele (Okota), Iyana Ipaja, Jibowu, Coker Orile, Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary
Work Schedule: Mondays To Sundays 5:30am To 12pm Daily.
Work Dates From December 15, 2023 To January 15, 2023.

Job Description

  • Welcoming passengers / customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Checking tickets and directing passengers/customers to their seats.
  • Distributing gift packages, souvenirs and other materials.
  • Informing guests about the location of the restrooms, vehicle loading-bay and exits.
  • Tending to passengers / customers comfort and assisting them with any questions or problems.
  • Assisting passengers/customers with disabilities or other impairments, as needed.
  • Monitoring passengers/customers activity to ensure the safety of the event.
  • Enforcing terminal rules and relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring that the lobby and facilities are neat and organized.
  • Following all emergency protocols and guiding passengers/customers to the exits in an orderly manner.

Requirements

  • SSCE, OND, NCE.
  • 1 year experience as an usher or similar preferred.
  • Consistent professional and neat presentation and friendly demeanor.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
