We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist guests upon room check-in and check-out
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Integrity and respect for guest privacy and property.
