Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities 

• We are looking for a dedicated and skilled VSR to join our team. As a VSR you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods to their destinations. Your responsibility will be to follow traffic rules and company guidelines while providing excellent customer service during the journey. Safely operating a vehicle and delivering goods to customers' addresses.

Duties

• Ride our company vehicle following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Ensure the safe transportation of goods and/or passengers to their designated locations.
• Conducting regular/defined maintenance checks and keeping the vehicle clean and presentable.
• Vehicle documents to be checked all the time and the assigned supervisor if it is going to expire. All documents must be carried out to ensure that the vehicle complies with state and federal regulations and company standards.
• Perform routine checks with the reporting logistics supervisor to ensure the vehicle is intact and has to take clearance every day before they start from DC.
• Execute timely deliveries and pick-ups as per the assigned schedule or customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping for all deliveries.
• Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive and respectful experience during transport.
• Plan efficient routes to minimize delivery time and optimize fuel consumption.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Complete required paperwork and logbooks for each trip.

• Zero Traffic regulation violation.
• On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Trip Start Time - 8AM
• Trip Completion- Trip End Time - 6:00 PM
• Availability - 100%
• Zero unapproved skips
• 95% Customer Satisfaction Rating/Zero Customer dissatisfaction report
• Same day reconciliation

Compliance:

• Absence from work
• Driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs
• Using company vehicles for personal business
• No physical damage to the vehicle, no reckless driving
