Job Description
Manufacturing:
- Assisting the Production Head in overseeing the processing process, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
- Monitoring and maintaining processing output against set targets and responding to variances.
- Overseeing the processing process, creating schedules to ensure cost-effective production that meets quality and timing standards.
Hygiene, Health & Safety:
- Ensuring the health and safety of all team members and promoting a Safety first culture.
- Ensuring that the processing plant meets both local and international compliance norms for a world class facility.
Operations:
- Collaborating with different departments, including suppliers, to implement company policies and ensure cost-effective, quality service.
- Promoting effective communication & fostering collaboration between teams in the workplace
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plant Head or Maintenance manager and looking to manage large independent operations.
- Good people management skills and should be able to lead a team of different personalities and skillsets.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple activities concurrently.
